While Snoozan Plays On JIALK.

While the bravest of all lemmings tries in her very embarrassing and failing attempts to troll the JIALK blog I am over here blogging and posting about her so called "fearless" leader. While I have over 700 pages from case 88611 in a box that I am still going through, I know the case is dismissed, I know the case was closed for want of prosecution. 

 I am beginning to wonder if the lemmings have discovered how bad William Windsor had truly done them?

In The Dawn Bill Will Wake To His Worst Nightmare

Yes indeed as I will wake in 5 hours in a warm comfortable bed, making my food, and getting on my computer to watch the Bass Master Classic, Bill will wake up on a thin mat, having a cold bologna sandwich, and demanding access to his laptop. 

Sadly I warned him. Told him what was about to drop upon his head. Now his hate sites will forever languish, his so called movie will die, and his followers will scatter like roaches when the light gets turned on. 

 Where is his defence? Where is his courage? How did a bad suit DA track him down? He used HideMyAss and The Onion Router Project to hide him! Do you honestly think that using HideMyAss will keep you hidden? Do you honestly think using a program that was developed by the U.S. Navy is secure from tracing by law enforcement?

 Reality is Bill ended up being his worst enemy. He was his own downfall. He ended up knowingly and willfully violated a restraining order. And from what I understand of Montana law, if a hearing is delayed due to failure of service it remains in effect and active until service is obtained. 

 Meaning if Windsor was not and did not appear at his post office box or had the mail service return the Montana service then he was still very much in violation of the order. No two ways about it. Ignorance of the law is not an affirmative defence of it. 

 In the end Bill will most likely languish in prison. From the looks of his very tearful eyes in the picture above (his booking mug shot from Idaho) he won't last long. 

Bill Really Should Have Listened To Me Last Night

Bill didn't get what I said last night. Throw away the cell phone, computers, and quit posting on websites including social media. 

 Well today he was arrested in Idaho. A scant 7 hours from Mizzoula Montana. So much for his fleeing. He might now face life in prison. Or rather get his justice. 

 I had tried to tell him not to play games with a PR bond from Texas. They always get their man. Go to Montana and face the charges, don't run, Because it will be a no bond hold from Texas that will keep you in until Montana comes to get you and it will be a no bond hold from Texas that keeps you in Montana. 

 Tonight he will learn how right I am. Tomorrow he will be crying in that jail wishing he had listened to me. 

 While he does his time he will wish for freedom and beg for mercy. 

 I for one have no pitty for him. 

So I Am No Going To Now School William "Bill" Windsor

So I get so school Bill Windsor. First class when you fail to show for a court hearing because you skip any type of bond you will have it dismissed for "Want Of Prosecution". Second when one is on the lamb one should remove him or herself from social media. The www. Is full of cases where people were caught just by tracing their locations just by posting to Facebook. Case in point. I had Dallas police looking for a known fugitive (not Bill Windsor) on my property last night. They traced him through his IP address. And HideMyAss and TOR were not helping in hiding his location. 

So if Dallas can trace a fugitive to my property how hard is it for Montana and or Ellis County Texas to trace Bill? The answer is not very. In fact asking the officers to run a check on Bill they had him within 200 feet. Better run Bill, remove the battery from your phones and chunk your laptop. The heat is on. 

I Bill Windsor so short sighted?

 The now blazing reality for Bill Windsor, is his losing streak. He has failed to get a successful lawsuit against anyone who posted anything over on the Joey website. 

 How did that happen? Simple he did not ever have a case. Even if he did he still had the Judge Larson ruling hanging over his head. 

 No matter how Bill tried to spin it, it was doomed. Just like another type of Darwin Award winner I once knew. 

 Bill has thousands and thousands of hours of video. Even after his en mass deleting if persons who figured out he was not on the up and up. If he were he would have put a movie together and placed it on Netflix, Hulu, or other pay to play Internet streaming system. Breaking them up and posting them on the YouTube site guaranteed that there would be no movie by Sundance Film Festival standards for submission. 

 Now that Bill is on the run how can there be a movie? If he is ever caught who will have possession over those thousands of hours of video? How secure will it be?

 Before he brought the lawsuits and all the fake charges he should have made a movie/documentary. 

 Now he is in hiding and stuffing his face with Reese's peanut butter cups and peach pie. He truly is working on bein Round America.

Bill Lake Michigan is beautiful but not in the dead of winter. Another state? Well if you planned on hibernating with Marty Prehn I would have chosen another location. How difficult would it be for me or anyone to figure out where you have been after posting on Facebook that you were " near water". I was born at night just not last night. Quit playing the victim card. It is getting old. Pay your debt to society and stand proud on your first amendment stance. Turn yourself in and deal with it. 

What is Gingersnap thinking?

So I posted a comment over on www.jooeyisalittlekid.blogspot.com and instead of getting posted I get the comment "post pending approval". Wtf? Oh wait does this individual now believe anything Marty Prehn or Bill Windsor says?  According to their latest post they don't yet my comments are moderated! Why?  Does Gingersnapoftruth now believe in censorship? All the while slamming Bill on his claims of such? Wow Amy Hedkey I thought higher of you.
