 You went to Montana. Showed up at Mr. Boushie'a place of employment, photographed his vehicle, and stalked him. Did he do any of these things to you in Georgia?  No. 

 Did you send an email to any University of Montana employee to a University of Montana email address? Yes you did. You admit to such. Such was clearly prohibited under the temporary restraining order. Or rather the temporary order of protection. You were also ordered under that order to give up the website in Mr. Boushie's name. Did you? No. You were ordered to remove his name from all websites controlled by you. Did you? No. Clearly you are in violation of three of the five and therefore a fellon.
